1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 6 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags attached.
Certain products such as sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@mayers.in with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return shipment.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Mode of Payment for Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the same card.
For PayPal or other digital wallet transactions, refunds will be credited back to your PayPal or wallet account.
If payment was made using a gift card, refunds will be credited back to the gift card balance.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@mayers.in with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, offering a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
