Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Timing: You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel your order.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at admin@mayers.in with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Refund: If your cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for detailed instructions on how to return an item.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept delivery of an order, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Special Orders & Custom Products
Non-Cancellable Items: Orders for custom-made, personalized, or special items are final and cannot be canceled once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing an order for such products.
Changes to Your Order
Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, such as altering the shipping address or changing the quantity of items, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
